Condo Use

Each apartment is being sold as a primary residence. However, we have developed a rental pool in which condo owners may participate.

The rental pool will allow owners to rent their apartments to overnight guests or long term tenants. Currently the rental pool guarantees $1,500.00 revenue per month to the participant. The proceeds of the rental income would offer the homeowner an income source when he/she is not using the property. Details of the rental pool are available from our sales staff.

Other investment opportunities will be announced once available.
