	Up to 65% financing
	10% deposit
	An additional 10% deposit when shingles are complete

For Canadian citizens

	Up to 95% financing
	10% deposit
	An additional 10% deposit when shingles are complete
	Remainder upon closing

Investment Process

An initial, fully refundable, deposit of 10% is required to secure your property. The deposit is placed in trust.

In the days following, it is the purchasers’ responsibility to do his/her due diligence, possible site inspection, obtain legal and financial advice, and review the disclosure statement - this can be done with the aid of your lawyer. Within 7-21 days all subjects need to be removed. An additional progress deposit is required once the property is "made weather tight" (shingles are installed). The balance of the purchase price is not required until the possession date.
